How do I get started?

Use the Get a free quote link Fill in the simple form you will find indicating which of our internet services you are interested in (don't forget to add your phone number and e-mail address ) and we will phone you or e-mail you just once to ascertain your internet hosting or website requirements. (We will not send you spam e-mails or make nuisance calls)

 

Are internet domain names free?

UK internet website domain names are free (.co.uk .org.uk .net.uk .ltd.uk) if you host with us or if we have designed your website.

Can I have e-mail facilities?

Yes you can have unlimited e-mail addresses on any website designed and hosted by us and on any site hosted by us i.e. anything@yourdomainname.

 

How do I send you the information for the website design?

Just e-mail us or phone us with your website requirements. On websites costing over £1000 and depending on location we will visit you and discus your internet requirements.

 

Once my website is finished, what do I do about updating and adding new items?

We will update your website free (depending on content of the update and hosting fee) or we can can give you ftp access so you can login and update your website as often as you like 24 hours a day.

 

Once my content management system website is finished, what do I do about updating and adding new items?

Just login to your website using the login page and the username and password we provide you with. when logged in you see the edit page and other icons appear at the top of your page.
You then click on the item you want to change then you will be able to change it, this applies to both text and pictures.

 

How much hosting space do I get on my website?

As much as you require.

 

Is there any type of contract I have to sign up for?

No! we believe that the service we give is enough to keep our clients. But if a client wants a contract we would be happy to produce one.

 

How do people order from my website?

After adding products to the shopping cart they click on the submit button which either sends them to a form on a credit card processing firm (Worldpay etc.) or links them to your secure internet server which will send you an e-mail to let you know an order is on your secure server (you can access the orders then either take a credit card number or send an invoice) it also sends an e-mail to your customer to confirm the sale.

 

Can I have a secure internet server?

Yes.

 

Can I have a database on my server?

Yes You can have a Mysql database.

 

Can I have active server pages on my website?

Yes we can produce a php active pages which link to a mysql database.

 

Can I have statistics on the visitors to my site for evaluation?

Can I host a website with you that I have designed or a website designer has designed for me?

Yes, and you can have ftp access to update the website as often as you like 24 hours a day.

 

Can I have a Pornographic website designed by you or host one that has been designed for me?

No we do not allow adult or pornographic websites of any kind on our servers.
